Keystone Investments Ltd. is a general trading company based in Kampala, Uganda. In plain terms: we buy, sell, and move goods, including everyday products, farm goods like maize and coffee, and fuel, and we run a logistics business that moves goods for other companies too. We use everything we've learned doing that to help other investors set up their own businesses in Uganda and East Africa. Our mission is simple: trade that's fair, reliable, and good for everyone involved.

Our Story & Background
Keystone started in Kampala to fix a simple problem: getting goods from wholesalers to small shops in Uganda was slow, costly, and disorganized. Too many middlemen meant higher prices and late deliveries. So Keystone's team set out to connect wholesalers and retailers directly, ourselves.
Instead of keeping wholesale and retail separate like everyone else, we brought both together under one roof. That means fewer middlemen, less waste, and lower prices for our customers.
From day one, Keystone has run on technology. Shops and retailers can order stock with a tap, track their deliveries in real time, and pay by mobile money. It's faster, prices stay consistent, and there's a lot less paperwork.
Our founding team has years of experience in trade, logistics, and technology. We started in Kampala and have been steadily growing across Uganda since, with plans to expand further across the region.
Today, Keystone is growing fast, with a strong foundation and big plans ahead.
